While many look at superman, spider man, batman, and other fictional characters and consider them heroes, my true heroes are those who risk their lives by putting others first in order to save someone. Every day police officers fight crime, doctors save lives, fire fighters go in burning buildings, and paramedics respond to patients in need.
&&thankfully, I have my own heroes at home.
