Last first day of high school
So its half passed 12 and I have yet finished homework. First day of school homework? I've had homework on the first day of school before but nothing can compare to the amount of work I am doing tonight. My homework is literally taking longer than my summer reading project. Nearly sixty pages of reading tonight and twelve questions. I am literally exhausted but I have one more passage to read and two more questions to answer but I honestly lost my ability to focus and just want to let my mind wander about without thinking about Thomas C. Foster's "How to Read Literature Like a Professor" and Perrine's Literature.
First away game tomorrow for tennis and I am more than excited; however, I cannot help to think about the rough practice my team had today. Pretty bummed about how our first back to school practice turned out but I have tomorrow and tomorrow will be better.
Losing concentration even more.....
Today was also my baby brother's first day of middle school&& I am so proud of him right now! However, him and everyone else were still taking naps by the time I finished practice.
Ohhh...and I forgot to mention, I already miss summer!
